Hi! my name is Rocel. Let me give you a brief background of my self. I've been teaching English for a quite while now. I have work experiences more on BPOs. My first bpo experience was in Convergys as Customer Service, Technical Support, Accounts and Billing support at the same time do suggestive selling of the products and this is from May 2014- May 2016. My next bpo expeerience was in EXL as Technical Support from June 2016- July 2017. My Third bpo experience was in Local company which is Tala, it's a lending company. My first position there is KYC (know your customer) and when I got promoted my position there is collection speciallist. I have other work experiences like being an Online English Teacher of chinese students and japanese students.
