I used to work as a Customer Service Representative/Technical Support to a gaming account and got promoted as a Technical Coach. I learned from that job on how to read people base on their behaviors and manirism that I am using to tailor fit the approached needed on helping them to nurture their skills and performance. Using these skills I am very sure that I can complete all of the tasks that will be given to me.
