I am a hardworking employee with more than 9 years of experience in BPO industry. I've handled several accounts like US Healthcare account, US and Australian Telco. With the Australian Telco, I've handled several lines of business like ADSL, Broadband Specialist, and NBN Connection. I also became a Subject Matter Expert and later on promoted as a quality analyst. While I have the equine experience, I also have excellent communication skills and an aptitude for customer service. My past job experiences made it necessary for me to focus on providing quality customer service, and also enabled me to work with all types of people.
