I am currently a licensed real estate broker.

I took up BA in International Studies and successfully passed the Civil Service Exam in 2009. After obtaining my degree in 2010, I went on to study MA in English and BS in Secondary Education (Professional Education). At the same time, I worked at online English as a second language (ESL) companies which provide online English classes to Japanese and Thai students.

I learned Real Estate, and vocational courses in Caregiving, Dressmaking, Hairdressing, Bookkeeping, Driving, and Organic Agriculture Production. I successfully passed the Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exams in 2015, and Licensure Exam for Teachers in 2016.

I worked as an ESL teacher to Korean, Chinese, and Japanese students at an international school. In 2018, I quit my job and took up undergraduate Law. At the same time, I joined the debate club at my university and Toastmasters International.
