I worked as a Resolutions Manager in a BPO company. What I am doing is assisting customers if they would like or request to speak to a supervisor when it comes to their Financial Account / Bank with us. Also if they have any concerns on ther Mobile banking app that's why I was tasked to be a website specialist at the same time. I am responsible to process a payment, monitor their transactions, sending their statements. Assisting the customers in anything they want o ask or what do they want to request.

I am passionated and determined to my job. I always make sure to provide accurate information in a timely manner to each of my customers.

I am also working as a Financial Consultant. I am selling life insurance and investment to my prospect or clients. I normallly discuss the importance and the coverages of my customer's policy and answer all their questions about the proposal/policy.
