HELLO! My name is Ana Margarita Lou San Buenaventura, but you can call me Marga. I am 30 years old. I live in Lucena City, Quezon Province. I took up Batchelor of Science in Business Administration and reached second year in college. I previously worked in a Hotel as a Supervisor for over 4 years, as a supervisor I’ve communication skills for both oral and written english has improved a lot. I communicate to my team and to customers virtually via phone and email. I also handled our social media accounts using facebook, instagram and twitter. My previous work experience helped me to become resourceful. I am always willing to learn and I am a fast learner. Additionally, I learned to use Canva and other photo and video editor to market the hotel both digital and traditional way. I am a win type of person.
