I have been working in the BPO industry for almost 7 years. My experience was mainly in Customer Service. I handle calls about the inquiry of the customers, minor tech issues, changes in their account, paying their bills, and explaining charges on their account. Also, part of my job is to email customers for any updates or new promos. I also answer queries through email. I have also been hired as a data-entry clerk. Mainly my task is to input customer's information, call customers if they have changes in their account. I also been hired as a Voice Transcriptionist, who transcribes Court Hearings. I also been watching, training about dropshipping with Amazon, eBay and Shopify. I also do research, fast-typing jobs, input details in ms excel, google sheet, etc.
