My name is Brian Yap and I am from the Phil. Majority of my experience would come from the BPO industry where I worked as a Supervisor for 8 years and a total of 12 years in the industry. I have experiences in sales and in customer service where the means of communication to the customers would be through email, chats and calls. I have gained knowledge and skill in handling a team and I am proficient with Microsoft office and Gsuite especially since I handle reporting and analyzing data. When it comes to customer service, I make sure to provide the highest quality of service. I have knowledge in the travel industry (sales and customer service, telecommunication (billing) and technical support specific to internet service providers. I can communicate through Filipino and English language.
