I worked as a Tier 2 Technical and Customer Service Support for 8 months at Sutherland Global Services. We troubleshoot customer's issue regarding our product which is a mobile wallet application and aside from that we also perform outbound calls and sending emails to our customer's about their concern. I also worked as a Sales and Customer Services Representative for 4 months, we sell flowers under the biggest flower shop in USA and we also communicate with the florist for some concerns.
