Professional Experience
I've been a part of the call center industry for more than 7 years and I have worked with companies such as Symantec Corporation and their Norton Anti-virus and Internet Security products, as well as US-based telecommunications company like AT&T U-verse and Sprint Mobility. I also had work experience with the Australia-based low-cost airline Jetstar Airways.
Being a computer programming graduate, I also have knowledge when it comes to Windows-based application development and knowledge with basic web design and development.
Being tech-savvy, having great product knowledge, empathy, excellent customer service, and customer retentions are the skills that I have developed working in the industry for years, and have always been my strong points. I believe that having these skills, I can contribute to the growth of the company or the people I'll be working with.
