Good day!
I am Zenia an education graduate with a Professional License major in Technology and Livelihood Education.
I also have an experience working in a financial institution as a Customer Associate for 8 years. During the eight years that I worked as a customer service associate, I was able to help international premier banking customers regarding their bank account inquiries , assisting them to transfer funds, resolve banking concerns and educate them about the products and services of the company.
While I am searching for a new opportunity, I am fond of learning Japanese language. Currently I am JLPT N5 passer and now I am doing self-study for JLPT N4 to take it to the next level.
I am currently looking for an opportunity to succeed in an environment of growth and excellence and earn a job which provides me job satisfaction and helps me in achieving personal as well as organizational goals.
