I have an experience with an Online Shopping account that mainly focuses on placing orders online and tracking deliveries as. After that, I also have an experience with doing outbound calls. We qualify leads to check if they are interested in the service that we offer.

The recent company that I worked with was with a Logistics account it focuses on shipping and delivery. We do emails, outbound calls, and inbound calls. We assist the customer to track their orders via email and phone call. If further investigation is needed we do outbound calls to contact the customer.
