Manage team of auditors to conduct audit and trainings on ISO 9000 and IATF 16949.
Review documents (Company Quality Manual and SOPs off-site or on-site). Summarize findings, submit report to client. Prepare documents (checklists, audit plan). At the client's site, conduct interviews, verify processes, review additional documentations (procedures, work instruction, records, checksheets). Gather evidences, verified according to requirements.
Findings are finalized in a formal report for presentation to the top management. Conduct follow-up on submitted corrective actions, until final acceptance of effectiveness. Verify implementation on the next audit.
As consultant, guide clients from start of system development, implementation, until improvement. Conducted trainings to support the implementation.
