I have 10 years of Customer Service Experience as Company Manager and Supervisors. Also, I have complete 2 years Business Processing Outsource experience under International account which more on technical assistance and customer service. I went to experience more through projects outside the company. I have the ability to design more on technical or customer service process and designing program for customer care and much more. I believe I can meet medium-sized projects.
