Worked in different fields but mainly with Customer Service. From being a Front Office Receptionist in a hotel, to being a Technical Support Representative for a BPO company catering to internet service provider based in US, becoming a Cabin Crew for a local airline, going to Osaka Japan to become a technical intern for a laundry company, and going back to BPO as a Customer Service Representative for almost 2 years before moving to being a Technical support for a month and getting promoted to Operations Supervisor.

Having such wide experience one of the skill I have managed to learn is the effectively communicate with different people in different situation, even in the most unpleasant ones. Also to think critically on situations based on the facts provided. Learning to understand and listen to what customer actually wants and making sure it fits with what they need. Being exposed to different nationalities I have learned to profile people as well as adjust and adapt to them.
