I am good with interacting with the customer, can easily get their details and personal information, good in resolving conflicts. I can say that i have gained a lot of experienced during my time in working as a customer service representative.
I am also very active when listening to the concerns of the customer and resolve their issues by giving them the best options possible.
I have been a literary editor for a time and can write essays and other literary articles that i can think of, and am still learning to write good articles for people to read.
