I am a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management with an accumulated 15 years of experience and knowledge mainly in the field of guest services, hospitality and travel both locally and abroad. Recent position I held was a Guest Services Supervisor in an international cruise ship, Holland America line where I spent most of my career time. Being a supervisor, I am exposed to various challenges considering that I was dealing with diverse types of guests and colleagues. With this, it enhanced by guest facing skills, developed my self confidence, tested by resiliency and created an in depth understanding of individuals. I am a flexible person, organized, multi- tasker and I always put my heart on whatever decision or actions I have taken. I have a basic knowledge of the Spanish language and biggest asset is my leadership and professionalism.
