I have been in the customer service industry for the past 18 years.
I handled different programs such as financial, healthcare and telecoms.
I started as an associate and worked my way up to a managerial post.
I managed 60+ employees to be motivated and focused in achieving the client’s set goals and requirements. I am responsible for the entire program’s smooth flow of performance and productivity. During the course of my career, I was able to enhanced my skills in managing people, delegation, goal setting, time management, organizing events, process improvement and promoting work and life balance.
