I have worked in a BPO industry for 2 years and 6 months. I've graduated in College with the course of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English. During my internship, I taught English subject to grade 10 students of about 5 sections. I also tutored my niece while I was studying in College so I would have my allowance for school fees. I am fluent in English. I used to write stories and was part of a known group of local aspiring writers in a popular social media platform. And I have a compilation of my written poems since High School. Currently, I am still a writing on a trending reading application. As to my previous job, as a Customer Service Representative in a US Healthcare account, I was catering the doctors, nurses or hospital staffs residing in US. I am very confident and determined in doing and finishing a task. I am proud to say that I am very dedicated at work as how I stayed under the same company for years.
