My career in the call center industry began in 2002 as a customer service representative. As I gain experience, opportunities opened up and I was able to join the Training and Development Team. I was able to lead a team of 21 trainers to increase the customer satisfaction for an account that almost shut down and we were able to secure a different line of business because of this. I also trained agents, as well as managers. I would love to make use of my skills and experience in training in order to help your team succeed.
