I am enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and dedication to superb social media management skills to help my clients with their day-to-day business management and commit to achieving the likelihood to recommend by customers.

My customer service career started in 2015 with Telus International Philippines catering Home Phone, High Speed, and Cable services to Canada for over two years. The next BPO I worked with was 24/7.ai for a project-based credit card account for retail service, and lastly, I worked with Concentrix for Travel Account as Travel Advisor. Currently, I am teaching online but am looking for better opportunities working remotely with the gained skills from work experience, and recently indulged myself in learning more about social media management.
