I worked in a bpo industry for 5 years as Customer service/Financial and Sales Representative. I handled inbound, outbound and chat support accounts. I am excellent in juggling multiple task and working under pressure. I can work with less supervision with great result.
I went to experience more through projects outside the company. I do photography as well as a part-time job. I have the skills for graphic design, photo/video editing and much more. I believe I can meet medium-sized projects.
