I have been working on a BPO industry for 5 years already as a customer service representative and a sales representative as well. I was able to deal with different kind of personality and has learned how to make better connection with them. I am open to any criticism as it is a way as well to improve my skills and work etiquette as well. Wanted to explore a different phase of this online job nowadays and to also have more work experience and learning.
