My name is Jerson, 32 years old freelance CAD Drafter and 3D Renderer and Visualizer for almost 2 years of working in this kind of industry, I've almost done several projects for both local and out of the country projects; mostly for residential. I've been drawing dream houses since I was 13 which start as a passion but has developed into a career. I am a graduate student of Bachelor of Science in Architecture since 2014. My work is entirely based on CAD operating, but as a part of my profession, I also do 3D rendering and visualization on some of the projects I've made. As a whole, client satisfaction is always my priority in order to make them happy.
