I've been working with Business Process Outsourcing for more than 12 years now and counting. I started with a Sales Associate for 5 years handling a US mobile telco, to sell their products and help with billing concerns. Been with a Canadian Telco as well as a Customer Service Expert handling their account issue and billing. 4 years ago up to the present, I got my Technical Specialist skills for helping clients issue with the internet whether it's consumer or business. Currently, I'm taking an ESL teaching student English as my part-time during this pandemic.
