I have diverse experience in customer service as call center agent where I get to answer calls, answer emails and do some admin task., people management where I handle 15-20 team member where I get to coach, mentor, conduct QA evaluations and other admin task, sales, and marketing where I do cold calling to possible leads or prospects, email marketing, and setting appointments.
