I've been working in the BPO industry since 2003 and most of my accounts were outbound sales with US campaigns that include a variety of campaigns from credit card to B2B accounts then I changed to dayshift Australian Telco in 2010 to 2017.
I learned a lot of multi-tasking skills from retention, customer service, and sales then I decided to work home base with an e-commerce company for 2 years handling email support on Shopify, product analysis for Amazon store, and dealing with wholesale suppliers from Alibaba.
