I am an Amazon/General virtual assistant savvy from January 2020 till present.I am providing administrative job, handle correspondence and transcribe documents through email, product research to find profitable product, communicate and coordinate with suppliers, data entry and providing technical or creative services. I am knowledgeable with google suite,google drive and email management. I also have knowledge to generate leads on Facebook Ads using Manychat. I have a basic knowledge on Graphic Designing.
I work for 7 years from my previous job as a remote network routing manager at Telco214 US Inc., My main job is to ensure the quality of the calls around the world. I also provide Root Cause Analysis reports for outages/incidents and I Work collaboratively with team mates to contribute to the continuous improvement of our working culture. Lastly, I Act as a technology leader for clients.
