My career has led me to specialize increasingly in the management of complex multi-cultural projects. I have developed my experience in: strategic forward-planning; operating within the tight schedules and work under pressure, on which I have helped to plan on those the operating procedures handed down by the management and within budgetary approved on each project. I have applied the application of modern leadership methods (through staff motivation and involvement in both decision-making and target-setting, clarity in communication, and easy personal inter-relations).
