My tasks a Quality Management Representative for ISO:
* Establish and maintain a system of corrective action to ensure effective elimination of defiance.
• Ensures that the processes needed for the quality management system, environmental management system and occupational health and safety are established, implemented and maintained.
• Report to the Top Management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement.
• Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the company.
• Make necessary arrangement for the conduct of internal audits and management review.
• Liaise with external parties on matters pertaining to the certification of the organization.
• Maintain updated documents and records per ISO requirements and company's requirements.
• Giving information related to ISO implementation
