I am currently employed to one of the presitgious BPO companies here in Philippines. I started as an agent then I am a Reviewer / QA now. Agents will watch videos of patients with dementia and Alzheimer using the client’s platform. I am reviewing the submitted works of agents which labeled specific items in photos that will help AI to learn. Example of which is tagging tables, chairs, doors, TV etc.This will help AI fine tune its monitoring ability. No room for errors and mistags since the work is always critical. I am keen to details and diligent to acquire this kind of responsibilities.
