In 2014, I worked in a BPO company called SITEL Philippines. I have 7 months of experience being a customer service representative of an American account. I was responsible for opening and maintaining the customers' accounts by recording account information. I resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. I recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer's needs. Years after, I became a freelance online English teacher, hence, I now have 2 years of ESL teaching experience. I worked hard to have a good command of the English language to use my acquired skills to help other fellow English learners for self-improvement. I help various students of different nationals such as Japanese, Korean, Taiwanese, and Thai to improve in English
