Hi! I am Robbie Liza Excelsa Ilagan and I have been working as a Customer Service Specialist for almost 8 years now and have handled various accounts. I am answering phone calls and emails from clients or customers since 2012. From handling an online shopping account to becoming a technical support specialist and I recently became a paralegal assistant for my previous job. These experiences helped me improved on my communication and people handling skills.
