I'm Clairol and I have a total of 15 years experience in customer service. I worked in a BPO company for nearly 14 years as Assistant Sales Manager handling order entry and customer service. I managed roughly a hundred people. I also experienced working in an ecommerce store as a customer service support and my tasks include- answering emails, tracking orders, processing refunds, creating discounts, and all other inquiries. Being in sales and customer service for quite a long time has enabled me to develop outstanding leadership skills and great customer service skills.
