I am currently working in the restaurant industry as Training Manager. I have written company manuals and its policies and guidelines. Provide training structure for Restaurant Managers and team members. Part of my job also is to train Managers both technical and soft skills, creating my own training modules.
I have also worked in an air line catering for about 6 months, handling cold and hot kitchen. I have also worked at Globe Telecom for almost 16 years, positions handled were Customer Service Officer and as Quality Management Specialist
