Currently, I freelance and dabble in many passions I could not get to do in my corporate jobs.
I now do voice-overs, write articles, do copywriting, proofreading, transcribing, and writing stories.
When available, I teach all levels of conversational English online.
With over 20 years of work experience, it was time to share all I’ve learned on a more personal level.

My last corporate job was with the BPO named Concentrix where I was a Risk and Compliance Officer. I reviewed Fraud and Risk mitigation plans and documented processes. I implement company-prescribed monitoring and prevention of possible business risks. Perform high-level reviews that assure compliance to fraud and risk mitigation plans. Facilitated Fraud and Risk sessions that included every employee level.

Before that, I was an assistant manager to many clients. I handled roles that had me coaching, mentoring, training, auditing, and monitoring to maintain the highest standards of customer support.
