I'm a well-experienced person in terms of offshore related tasks and determined to pursue my passion to work and excel on it. Just to give you a brief background of my working experiences, I'm well-exposed in handling multiple accounts for so many years now, both for Customer Service (E-mail, Chat and Calls) and Back-Office (Generalist, Administrative) support for onshore clients. Moreover, I have vast experiences in handling E-commerce, Retail Sales, Merchandising and Advertising accounts.

I'm a graduate of BS Commerce Major in Business Administration from University of Santo Tomas and took some units of Masters in Business Administration at Dela Salle University - Dasmarinas
