I am Communications & Admin Operator for a Property Management Company(Japanese). I usually handle chat customer support and perform administrative task as required by client. I have been a customer support(customer service and technical support), insurance claims consultant, virtual receptionist/case managers for different Australian, US and SEA Companies. I'm a fast learner and always eager to learn new things. I'm straight-forward and will not be hesitant to ask question if things are not clear to me. I am passionate with what I do and can easily get along with others. I am flexible with time .
