First of all, My name is Juanito Tupas, Jr. I am a Trainer by profession. I handle various types of training/workshop for employees who are willing to develop their skills in the Tourism industry. To be specific, individuals who would like to develop their skills in Events Management Services, Tourism Promotion Services, Front Office Services, Travel Services, Customer Services and Housekeeping Services.

In addition, We conduct training /workshop for any companies that requires Leadership skills enhancement program for the employees. Topics that usually requested for their employees are as follows:

I also teach English Language with some foreign students who are based in the Philippines. I was one of the trainers for Contact Center Services (CCS) for those individuals who would want to join BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) companies.
