I have numerous work experiences. I have worked at Qualfon Philippines - Dumaguete as a Customer Service Representative for a year. Our job was to help customers about phone related concerns such as internet usage, call and text, technical issues under our client Verizon Wireless, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc. After that, mid year, I transferred to a city near my hometown and started working as an Outreach Consultant at Visaya Knowledge Process Outsourcing (VKPO) that caters everything in between medical records. I worked there for more than 2 years and also have become a Team Leader OIT. I have also a part-time job while working at VKPO. I worked with Bibo as an Online English Tutor. Afterwards, I decided changing my career and have applied for a teaching profession in our place and was hired. Currently, I am a Social Science Teacher in a public high school.
