I worked at an American Telecommunications Company for 8 months as a Customer Service Representative. I took calls from customers all over the United States and handled different concerns from the simplest to the most complicated problems. I handled billing disputes, bill explanations, technical troubleshooting, product inquiries, and etc. Working in that company honed my skills in talking to different types of customer and handling their concern in the most positive way to give them an exceptional service. Now, I teach English to Japanese and Chinese students online from beginners to advanced. I can handle different tasks. I also have an excellent written and spoken English skill. I used to be a content writer of my previous school's newspaper and I competed in several journalism competitions as an Editorial writer. I am a computer literate with exceptional skills in using Microsoft office.
