I have handled AT&T, Intuit Quickbooks, Bioware, Microsoft Live ID, ReferralCandy in which my experience have honed my skills in customer service (both customer support and technical support), sales and marketing as well as providing resolution to customer's concerns working for international companies all through out the United States, Europe, and Australia within B2C and B2B environment which have honed my skills with customer service, technical support, activation and on-boarding, multi-tasking, support via all communicating platforms for phone, email and chat.
I used and familiarize myself with these softwares, platforms, and CRM's (Zoho, SalesForce, Atlassian, Trello, Slack, Skype, Google Hangouts, Google Apps, MS Office, and many more.
