I've been in the Call Center/BPO industry for more than 10 years work both as customer service and technical support specialist.
I have worked as a Trainer for almost 5 years in the BPO industry handling both product and Comms Training for all new hire. I had spearheaded a project in my former company for refresher workshops on email Etiquette for the whole company.

My most recent job as a Team coach and co- manage a team of 10 members and help maintain our Stats. I'm a team player and a great motivator that why my team member find it easy to approach me with any questions that they have. I have been Freelancing for 4 years as a VA for Real estate. collating data for clients and sending emails to potential acquisition of properties as well as potential sellers and buyers. I also work as a content auditor for a furniture company. I mostly audit contents of sites and retailers.
