I worked as an accounting support for 2 years where my responsibilities include but not limited to answering email and phone calls, post remittances, data entry, and reconciling accounts. I had a part-time job as virtual assistant and researcher. As a virtual assistant, I answer emails, set schedules, prepare presentation and assist on webinars, and book hotel reservation for events. For researcher, I look for potential clients and partners for the employer on his starting business. Prior to that I worked as a customer service handling technical and billing concerns of the customer. I am highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and research which is essential in every day task.
