I worked in the BPO (business process outsourcing) industry for more than 5 years, so I learned to interact with people from different personalities and backgrounds. I have experience in both voice and non-voice line of business. I had worked for telecommunications, gaming and retail accounts and obtained expertise in placing orders, service recovery for orders, appointment-setting, billing, device troubleshooting, obtaining details of complaints and customer retention. My experiences in a high-pressured environment taught me to be attentive to details, resilience, self-reliance, and flexibility in using different tools provided by the client.
