I worked as Data Analyst for 3 years. I have been promoted after a year and became Subject Matter Expert. As data analyst I'm responsible for updating records and analyzing to address the issues. I also mentored some folks and help them to meet the targets. I performed quality assurance with my associates and creating Standard Work Instruction of the process to avoid escalations. I'm a quick learner with ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and can works efficiently with computer applications.
