I have been in BPO industry since 2010 and catering customers need and satisfaction is my forte. I can do multiple tasks, i can managed stress and heavy work loads. i am diligent, passionate, positive, patient, very keen to details and self reliant. I am open and always willing to learn and discover new things. My educational background in Philosophy molded me to be an independent and rational thinker. I like doing research works as well with proper documentations and references. I always think positive, for what is or are bests for myself or the company for i believe that what you think is what you do, and that what makes you become.
