◎ Create a new business from the idea base and conduct on-site sampling when creating the income and expenditure plan
◎ Conduct detailed information analysis / interview with stakeholders / customer analysis of about 120 stores existing to conduct new business in Thailand
◎ Perform detailed environmental analysis such as rent calculation / walking distance survey / nationality survey
