As I worked as a Call Center representative for 2 years, I can assist customers, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. I can figure things out whenever it is possible.

My 3 years working and living in Japan under a Technical Intern Trainee Visa is an advantage because I have knowledge in Japanese language, culture and work production. I used to work in a Food Manufacturing Company as a leader of Filipino Jisshuusei. I am also N4 passer.
