I've worked for 12 years in the BPO industry, from customer service to technical support, from finance to telecommunications, I've started from agent roles to being part of the support team.

My career started as an online annotator for a company that owned the contract for designing smart cars. I got promoted, as a reviewer not just for annotation, but also for transcription and image recognition. I ventured into Social Media after studying in a brick-and-mortar setting, and I have applied my knowledge for Real Estate clients and a local Asian Fusion restaurant client.

My tasks as a Social Media manager included posting content for various platforms, as well as interpreting statistics that included engagement and reach. If needed, I may be also asked to create a content calendar, subject to the client’s approval. Another task also includes interacting with the community, addressing any concerns, questions, and comments about the business.
